Naming Notice – Dr Jacob Goldenberg 17 May 2023 Dr Jacob Goldenberg Total Health Dentistry 348 Ponsonby Road Ponsonby Auckland This notice is to inform the public that the Dental Council has made an order suspending the Annual Practising Certificate of Dr Jacob Goldenberg under section 69A of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003, effective from 21 March 2023. The effect of the order is that Dr Jacob Goldenberg must not practise as an oral health practitioner during the period of suspension. The suspension will remain in force pending completion of an investigation of a Professional Conduct Committee into Dr Jacob Goldenberg’s practice as an oral health practitioner. |
At its meeting on 1 May 2023, the Council proposed to publish a notice about the orders made against Dr Jacob Goldenberg in accordance with the Council’s Naming Policy.
Dr Jacob Goldenberg was invited to make submission on the proposal by 9 May 2023, but no submission was received.
Dental Council requests that any notification in regard to the named practitioner be forwarded to: protection@dcnz.org.nz
