Auckland moves to COVID-19 alert level 2, rest of NZ to level 1

On 17 February 2021, the Prime Minister announced that from 11.59pm Wednesday 17 February: 

• Auckland will move to COVID-19 alert level 2 (with the exception of students and school community of Papatoetoe High School who are required to remain in self-isolation until a negative COVID-19 test result)

COVID-19 alert level 2 guidelines for oral health services

• The rest of New Zealand will move to COVID alert level 1 

COVID-19 alert level 1 guidelines for oral health services

We will provide further updates if changes to these alert levels are announced following Cabinet’s review on Monday 22 February 2021.
