Students graduating in 2017 are encouraged to submit their applications for registration now. By submitting your forms before graduation, you can ensure you are added to the register as soon as the graduation list is confirmed. Complete applications will be processed in order of receipt.
Please note that our new IT system will not be ready to accept online registrations until next year.
The application form for newly qualified graduates is for all graduates, undergraduate or postgraduate, of New Zealand qualifications seeking registration here.
This form is only valid until 31 March 2018. If you want to register after this period, please download the correct application form through our forms page or contact the Council at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Please note that we can accept and process these registration applications now but your registration will be finalised only when we receive notification from your educational provider that you are eligible to graduate.
For those paying by credit card, payment is a two-step process. Your registration fee will be charged once we have received all the supplementary documentation and consider your application complete.
The fee related to your practising intentions, either APC or retention fee, will be charged once your registration is processed and your practising certificate is issued.
If you are paying by cheque, we will accept both payments at once.
