Request a copy of the Register
You are able to request an electronic copy of the Register, which will show all practitioners registered with the Dental Council. The extract will include the information practitioners consented to be made available on the public Register.
Request a copy of the Register
The following information will be made public for all registered practitioners:
- Name
- Practising status
- Scopes of practice
- Qualifications
- Conditions of the practitioner's scope of practice
- Date of registration
- Registration number
- Health Practitioner Index number
- Any address details which the practitioner has agreed to publish on the Register.
